Warranty Claims

Goods returned for a warranty claim within the first year of purchase are free of charge, providing they are then confirmed to be faulty by manufacturing defect. If your warranty claim is rejected by the manufacturer, then the return carriage costs of $9.69 will be chargeable before we can send the item back to you.

If your purchase is more than 12 months old, the cost of return for a warranty claim is down to you or it can be raised directly with the manufacturer.

All items returned to us as faulty will be checked by the manufacturer.

Only items that have failed due to a fault in the manufacturing process will be either replaced, repaired or refunded. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, airline damage, neglect or failure to follow recommended use.

When sending a warranty claim back to us, please ensure you include the following information in the package:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of issue

Warranty Claims take around 4 weeks from the point of receiving the order into our warehouse to resolution. We will keep you updated on the progress when we receive more information.

Please note: Our returns and warranty policies do not cover wear and tear, only manufacturing faults. We do not cover airline damage, this needs to be disputed directly with the airline or carrier involved.

Length of Warranties

All items are guaranteed for at least 1 year against manufacturing defects, however some products will come with an extended manufacturer guarantee. Check the product listing for more details on the length of warranties offered.
