Standard Mainland UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK Mainland Delivery on all orders over the value of $64.60. Orders will usually be delivered within the outlined delivery time frame which is shown at checkout (unless we advise you otherwise). Postcodes IV, HS, AB, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE may incur an additional 1-2 day delay.

Next Day Delivery

Left it until the last minute? Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. We are able to offer Next Day Delivery to most mainland UK Postcodes (exclusions apply). Next Day Delivery is available for $6.40 to most mainland UK postcodes. If an order is received before 2pm Monday-Thursday and before 1pm on a Friday, it will be processed the same day. If an order is received outside of these times, it may not be processed by our warehouse until the next working day.

Next Day Delivery is only dispatched Monday-Friday and there will be no deliveries on a Saturday or Bank Holidays. If you require an order delivered on a weekend day, please select weekend delivery at checkout before 1pm on a Friday and your order will arrive at the latest on Sunday.

Next Day Delivery and Weekend Delivery to UK Mainland postcodes is available on hundreds of products, just look out for the Next Day Delivery Badge or use the Next Day Delivery filter on the left hand side of our website.

If a product is not available for Next Day delivery it will display its estimated delivery speed on the product page and checkout page.

European Delivery

We are currently not able to offer delivery to Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man or any European Countries.

Returning an Item

Goods can be returned at customers own expense, within 14 days of receipt and in a resaleable condition. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A full refund will be made, less outbound delivery charges (for items under $64.60 and next day delivery) on receipt.

For the return of unwanted goods, please enclose the following details with your return. If the below details are not included with your return, there may be an additional delay in processing your refund.

Returns are chargeable at $9.69. This will be deducted from your refund on receipt.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, unless we delivered the item in error or, if the item is faulty. You are responsible for any item until it reaches us, so it is advisable to use a traceable method of postage via a courier. Returning goods damaged by our carrier?

Simply send the goods back to us free of charge. A carrier will be arranged at our expense. (Please advise us of any damage within 3 days of receipt). Also, if the packaging is damaged when it is delivered, please sign with the driver and state that it is damaged.

Refunds

In the event of a valid return, refunds for goods purchased will only be refunded back to the original payment source. In accordance with DSR, this will take place within 5 Working days of receipt of the item.
